      Fokker F27, Fokker 50 & Fokker 60 Last update: April 13, 2011

Finally a picture showed up of rarely seen F27 9Q-CJV (10430) in the colours of Air Kasa' taken three months before the Friendship became badly damaged and subsequently written off at Lubumbashi. (Alexandr Lazarev, Kalemie, April 30, 2010)

The first Fokker 50 of PT SKY Aviation is active! PK-ECF (20279) is seen here at the small airport of Japura, named Rengat at Sumatra which is completely renovated after 13 years out of service. SKY started the route Japura (Riau province) to Bantam island as from March 17. Former 9M-MGJ was sold to Skyward International Aviation of Kenya and registered to Safe Air Company as 5Y-BYE (20204). Seen in stored condition at Chittagong this Mark 500RF S2-AEM (10630) hasn't flown many hours since it was sold in 2006 to Voyager Airlines.

Impression of the possible colours of new Brazilian operator Mais Linhas A'reas, Ltda from Salvador, capital of the north-eastern state of Bahia. At the moment two Fokker 100s are being prepared to enter the fleet and reportedly two more will arrive later this year. Mais is expected to launch services from Salvador shortly, initially on routes including Belo Horizonte, Porto Seguro and Sao Paulo. Nice shot of VH-FNC (11334) during its take off from Perth. Skywest Airlines is about to receive fierce competion of Network Aviation after the announcement of the Qantas Group to buy ten more Fokker 100s for recently acquired Network Aviation to start fly-in-fly-out resource charter services in Western Australia. Montenegro Airlines is a regular customer of Fokker Services and this Fokker 100 4O-AOP (11332) was seen leaving Woensdrecht after a maintenance visit.
